Creative Arts East (CAE) is a fast-growing arts development agency which provides practical support to the arts community in Norfolk. It directly promotes tours, exhibitions, and one-off performances and readings by professional artists and companies, and develops community-based arts projects that address social issues around isolation and disadvantage.
Our creative vision is Dreaming, Doing and Developing. The dream is about reaching everyone and delivering the inspirational. We seek to do this by promoting professional arts in community settings, piloting new initiatives and cultural projects, and creating opportunities for learning through cultural expression. We are developing through raising the profile of the arts and increasing audiences, and building relationships with arts and non-arts partners. It is a vision that we seek to deliver through our core values of Access, Quality and Partnership.
