C.A.N: Caribbean & African Network
Empowerment creates the development of true potential.
C.A.N- a brief history
The Caribbean and African Network (CAN) is a voluntary organisation. It was established by members of the African and Caribbean communities in Norwich in January 2003, following a meeting to discover what our needs and concerns were. It was clearly recognised that there was a need to provide young people in the community with a chance to empower themselves. We recognise the cultural diversity that is essentially African and Caribbean, and provide services to meet such diverity.
