Francis Ampofo has amongst his remarkable achievements five consecutive wins for the Flyweight British Title, which won him the Lonsdale belt.

Throughout his boxing career, Francis always aspired to own a Free-Range farm. His desire to keep chickens derived from his childhood in Ghana when he kept a small number of hens for eggs. He moved with his wife and three children from Essex to Norwich to live at Nature Farm. Francis is happy to hang up his boxing gloves and box an egg instead.

Come and join us to celebrate our own champion in Norfolk with this evening with Francis Ampofo. There will be a short presentation and discussions followed by questions and answers.
