The logos for download here constitute the primary identification of Norfolk Black History Month. Those shown below are provided as a visual reference only. Each image links to a respective larger version (JPG), and for each an EPS version is available (each EPS file here is inside a ZIP file. Your computer may be abe to open ZIP files, but otherwise try for example the free, open-source file archiver 7-Zip).

Correct Usage of the Norfolk Black History Month Logo
Use these logos only:
- with an appropriate amount of surrounding clear space (at least 5 mm in print or 10 pixels on screen/websites)
- in the approved logo colours:
- 60% black on white
- 60% white on black
- if they are not altered in any way (alteration includes the addition or removal of elements, or the distortion of the logos in any way)
Minimum Size
Vertical logo (with Sankofa
text)
The logo should be of a comparable size to any that it appears alongside. This logo should have a height no shorter than 50 mm when appearing in print. Within a screen context the horizontal logo should have a height no shorter than 240 pixels.
Vertical logo
The logo should be of a comparable size to any that it appears alongside. This logo should have a height no shorter than 25 mm when appearing in print. Within a screen context the horizontal logo should have a height no shorter than 72 pixels.
Horizontal logo (with Sankofa
text)
The logo should be of a comparable size to any that it appears alongside. This logo should have a height no shorter than 30 mm when appearing in print. Within a screen context the horizontal logo should have a height no shorter than 72 pixels.
Horizontal logo
The logo should be of a comparable size to any that it appears alongside. This logo should have a height no shorter than 12.5 mm when appearing in print. Within a screen context the horizontal logo should have a height no shorter than 24 pixels.
Maximum Size (all logo versions)
There is no maximum size for use of the logos. However, the size of the text should always remain constant in relation to the Sankofa symbol, and the logos should not be enlarged to a size that compromises the graphical integrity of the logos.
